The red wine Syrah trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Gehlen-Cornelius has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Moselle in Germany.
Savoury notes, juniper, cardamom, dried orange peel, also some menthol. On the palate, medium-bodied, with fine-grained, mature tannins, a seamless acidity. Quite a unique wine with good minerality and grip.
