Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Mint, elderflower, a floral varietal type, honeysuckle. Peppery. In the mouth with power and nerve, slightly tangy, but also with terpenic extract layers, firm acid backbone, lots of juiciness and aromatic presence in the long finish. An elegantly constructed and, despite its richness, emphatically fresh varietal type.
