Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A relaxed start with initially rather restrained fruit aromas, which then develop more strongly. Gooseberry, blackcurrant, mace, some ripe mango. Fresh acidity and also some carbon dioxide on a smooth base. Fine and also piquant savouriness, white pepper. Skillfully balanced.
