Tasting Notes
Initial savouriness on the nose: caraway, aniseed, allspice, dried orange peel, white peach. On the palate, the wine has fine, yet pressure-building phenolics, ripe acidity and a broad, supple background. Density and volume guarantee 20 years of ageing or more. The spiciness of the fragrance returns on the finish, still slightly yeasty and varied.
