Tasting Notes
Delicate botrytis, accentuated floral, lime blossom, chamomile, very quietly resting on the palate, texture and tactile minerality are closely linked, the acidity carries with a very finely woven arc of tension. Finally salty, concentrated minerality, without a gram of fat or a gram of sweetness too much, everything is compact and yet shows the urge to unfold, great balance.
