Relaxed aroma with pear, apple and reneclaude, nutty, ground hazelnut, a little nutmeg and caramel. On a soft texture, a relaxed Auxerrois develops on the palate with smooth flavour, juice, fine savouriness and ripe acidity. Rests in itself, good on its own or with mushroom risotto.
