Some yeast and a little wood, "sweet", yellow-fruity varietal aromas, corn. Balanced on the palate, finely nervous, rounded off by extract sweetness, beautiful density, aromatic finish. Slight saltiness at the end. Goes well with anything served with cream sauces.
