Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.12.2005

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, watery rim. Delicate peppery undertones on the nose, ripe black cherries, sweet plums, lemon zest. Racy and fresh on the palate, a hint of carbonic acid, sweet chocolate notes, medium length, goes well with strong dishes.
