Tasting Notes
Slightly reductive in tone, but releases an intense spiciness on contact with air; notes of juniper, mint and dry pine conifer. Also cranberry. Keuper notes. The palate develops dense but completely unforced, dry tannins. Acidity and suppleness remain discreet. Completely Burgundian in conception, worked entirely on maturity.
