Peach, liquorice, white currant, almond milk and notes of vermouth. On the palate, the wine has some richness, firm acidity, delicate phenolic character and spiciness that is already opening up with tactile mineral undertones.
More about the tastingBright in colour. Initially subtle aromas of stone fruits, followed by herbal and floral notes. On the palate, this GG still need time, but currently the fine interplay between the sweetness and acidity is still accompanied by hints of fennel. Good length.
