Medium greenish yellow with silver reflections. Still a bit restrained, fine nuances of yellow mango and apple, a touch of anise, tobacco, a mineral touch. Complex, good savouriness, white apple, fresh and lively, nuances of lemon, salty finish, good ageing potential.
