Tasting Notes
Bright orange in the glass. Roasted notes on the nose, wood savouriness, coconut, dried fruit, rum raisin, orange zest, wild strawberry, yeasty notes. Juicy on the palate, creamy texture, dry with good tension, strong structure, beautiful spiciness, great tannins, a mature rosé. Good food companion (grilled pulpo).
