Tasting Notes
Beautiful Pinot notes with red cherry, blueberry, dried herbs and notes of limestone. Clear notes of a limestone minerality on the palate, the backbone of Spätburgunders, with a powerful structure, a fine and nervy acidity, grippy tannins, with a cool aura.
More about the tastingSpicy nose, still characterized by the use of wood, some undergrowth, with notes of cherry and blueberry, orange zest, some sage is added. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate with beautiful savouriness and good substance, supported by the ripe acidity, cherry and plum complete the picture, chalky-mineral tones, certain ageing potential.
