Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow. Smoky oak savouriness, underpinned with nuances of peppermint, grapefruit zest, ripe yellow fruit, very multifaceted, really opens up in the glass. Complex, tightly meshed, substantial, a bit of pineapple, delicate blossom honey, carried by a fresh acidity structure, remains lasting for a long time, safe maturity and certain ageing potential for many years.
