Bright greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. Some lovely fine oak spice aromas, with nuances of yellow pear, caramel and vanilla, and fresh orange zest in the background. It is juicy, with an elegant texture, some ripe white apple flavours, a pleasant acidity, and a salty minerality on the finish. It is a nicely balanced food wine.
