The blanc de noirs »Bohlinger« Blanc de Noirs, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Rebholz has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir
A light yellow white wine colour. Some tropical fruit on the nose, pineapple, mango, but also ripe Burgundy berries and peaty, smoky aromas. On the palate it shows with early mineral perceptions, beautiful freshness and good extract, the acid nerve gives the wine length, countered by comparatively vivid sweetness.
