Tasting Notes
Closed aroma, very slightly peppery, with a hint of Keuper and damp gypsum after contact with the air. Slightly rough on the palate, full-bodied, with quite present sweetness and rather restrained acidity. Fruit-driven, with only barely integrated alcohol. A little drying at the end.
