An elegant nose, apple peel, white pomelo, pear, lemon, orange zest, freshly ground almonds, chalk. Lively and juicy on the palate, salty and savoury through to the long finish, bright fruit, good extract, a lively, well-integrated acidity, a Chardonnay full of character that shows its terroir.
