Medium yellow-green, silver tinges, fine mousse. Delicate fruit nuances of pineapple, blossom honey, candied orange zest, nutty aromatics. Taut, elegant, multi-faceted, good acid structure, biscuit notes, honeydew melon on the finish, spicy-savoury aftertaste, close-meshed, rewarding.
