Light yellow gold, silver reflections, fine mousse. Delicate notes of candied grapefruit zest, fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of white nougat, herbs and fresh mango. Complex, fresh white apple, fine texture, mineral and salty on the finish, very good length, great freshness, sure certain ageing potential.
