The sekt »Pinot« brut, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Hauck has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Weißburgunder from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Pastel colours, smells of "Pinot" and small red berries, cherry and raspberry, fine yeasty notes. On the palate, the taut acidity keeps the wine going, the elegant and fine mousse comes together well with red berry fruit, dense in structure and with good length.
