Tasting Notes
There are sour cherry and floral undertones on the nose, along with some black pepper, and a hint of semi-bitter chocolate. It has a light-hearted density on the palate, and is intensely chalky, with some minerality, powerful but ripe tannins, and plenty of juice in the background. It is still very closed and compact on the finish, and it is a wine for the long term.
