The white wine »Großes Gewächs« Erbach Siegelsberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Heinz Nikolai Inhaber Frank Nikolai has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Here, too, a nice spicy and peppery nose, thyme, allspice, lemon balm, all very nicely composed. On the palate the spice continues, the acidity flatters and supports the immensely juicy flow.
