Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow, with silver reflections. An intense smoky spiciness, vegetal nuances, a dark minerality, and some white fruit in the background. Medium body, white pear fruit, mineral, discreet acid structure, with a lemony touch and a subtle sweet fruit note. It still seems quite underdeveloped.
