Golden yellow in colour. Aroma of freshly baked brioche, apple skin, some orange blossom, ripe pear, quite expansive. Delicate, fine mousse on the palate, lovely grip, grated apple, stone fruit, peach, pleasantly powerful, also a stylish accompaniment to food.
