The sekt »Chamund« brut nature, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Hemmes has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
On the nose initially golden delicious apple, orange pastry and apple peel. Fine mousse on the palate with well-integrated acidity and fine yeasty aromas. Some stone fruit, very elegant and balanced. Medium length with walnut and harmonious due to 40 months of yeast ageing.
