On the nose yeasty, lactic, juicy mango, peach, mirabelle, orange zest, camomile flowers, tarragon, forest flower honey, caraway. On the palate elegant, supple, with lots of savouriness, lively acidity plays around creamy core, juicy fruit, long on the palate.
