Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 09.09.2011

Pale yellow-green. Elegant on the nose, showing fine pear fruit, a hint of fresh meadow herbs, orange zest, mineral touch. Rather delicate and freshly structured on the palate, full of finesse and light-footed, a good accompaniment to light fish dishes.
