Tasting from 18.02.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Pear and Pinot berries on the nose, clear, beautifully precise late harvest fruit with slightly peppery (terroir) undertones. Distinct sweetness on the palate, round and silky flowing, ripe acidity, good volume, good length, lots of juice and texture on the finish, which again finishes sweetly.
