Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 07.12.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A citrus fresh nose, herbs, lime. A fine hint of botrytis. On the palate, the wine has a lot of juiciness and playfulness, the acidity is almost Kabinett like and creates a lot of tension, lasts a long time, finally showing slightly reductive aromas and good substance.
