There are aromas of pear, apple, and apricot, with herbal notes and fresh bay leaf. It is vivid on the palate, with medium complexity and length. It is dry, juicy, with soft acidity, floral notes, a lovely bitterness, and some apple peel. It is also a prudent all rounder at the table.
