Blend of Pinotin, Cabernet Carbon, Monarch and Zweigelt. Blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, wood savouriness and leather, slight animalistic notes. Medium structure, ripe but active acid vein, savoury and somewhat sharp, vivid tannins, to serve with meat.
