The white wine So mookt wi dat Deutscher Wein Terra Alte Mühle, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut In den Zehn Morgen has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88+ Falstaff points.
The fermentation aromas are still quite present on the nose, also a note of mint sweets, plus a tart gooseberry aroma, the nose is almost somewhat Sauvignon-like. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied in alcohol and extract, relatively taut and does not quite have the length of its predecessors.
