The vineyard's name was not given without good reason; it does indeed smell of rose petals, apple, pear and ripe orange, with a hint of candle wax and a fine smokiness. The lively acidity regulates the proportions on the palate and perfectly integrates the ripe fruit. Lean, taut and straightforward, the slate-like minerality and savouriness underline the complexity of the Kabinett.
