Open and invitingly fragrant, passion fruit, green gooseberry, fresh pineapple, subtle peppery flavours and freshly grated nutmeg. On the palate, texture and tense spiciness go hand in hand, good acidity gives dynamism to the juicy fruit, peppery-salty finish.
