Red and black cherry, liquorice, also earthy and vegetal notes. A combination structure, freshness and elegance on the palate, the tannins are demanding, the acidity is long and stable. Fine cherry fruit is supported by delicate oak notes, and there are hints of mocha, chocolate and saltiness in the background. It has excellent length.
More about the tastingThe wine condenses on the nose and generously captures the overall concept of the wine in new wood. On the palate, the tannins are dominant and slightly drying, while the structure counters this attack with fresh fruit, fine acidity and deep extract.
