Ethereal and herbal with culinary herbs such as tarragon and chervil, it is underpinned by the obligatory pear, which accumulates on the palate to form extract-sweet, juicy fruit. Wonderfully dry with a fine spiciness and appetizing acidity, it flows constantly. And rightly so.
