Deep, dark ruby, purple reflections, opaque core, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, black fruits of the forest confit, hints of orange zest and cassis, toasted aromas and a floral touch. Juicy and tight-knit with subtle savoury notes, somewhat tobacco-like and red cherry on the finish. A good food wine.
