Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate fragrance of white peach underpinned with floral notes, a hint of citrus zest, some meadow herbs and a deep minerality. Complex, elegant and tight-knit on the palate, with fine acidity and a combination of mineral-salty and apple fruit flavours on the finish, along with a hint of citrus. Long lasting and with definite ageing potential.
