The white wine Niederhausen Hermannshöhle Riesling Spätlese, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Jakob Schneider has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Nahe in Germany.
Aromas of ripe yellow fruit, apricot pulp, fresh apricot and candied peach, discreetly supple and plump. A delicate sweetness gives the wine beautiful length, with vivid, multi-layered fruit, but also finely chiselled aromatics and structure. There is an intense tactile minerality.
