Tasting Notes
Medium green-yellow in colour. Full-bodied stone fruit notes supported by dark minerality, sweet honey blossom, delicately savoury, a hint of dried apricots, multi-faceted, inviting bouquet. Powerful, juicy, ripe peach fruit, finely structured acidity, lingers for a very long time, intense fruit nuances on the finish, mineral and multi-layered, great certain ageing potential, a worthy wine for the fifth anniversary of this great Jamek wine.
