Tasting Notes
Floral and a touch reductive, orange blossom, white pepper, very tidy, elegantly restrained aroma. On the palate, a sweet and sour interplay with piquant acidity and penetrating minerality. The comparatively strong alcohol (currently?) puts the aroma blanket in second place, but all in all the wine is rich and harmonious.
