Tasting from 14.07.2020: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

Ripe and savoury aroma, peach and slate; relaxed on the palate with ripe, chilled acidity and great slate savouriness, rests in itself and its juicy basic structure, is light on its feet, unobtrusive, with inner values. Not loud, but meaningful. Old Mosel school.
