Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.06.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe apricot and candied pineapple on the nose, also red fruit aromas such as wild raspberry and cherry; some Mosel timbre with slate savouriness and fudge notes. Very soft and silky on the palate, again with ripe fruit notes, pineapple and vineyard peach. The acidity is balanced and stable, calm and with style, fine savouriness on the finish.

More about the tasting

On the nose there is a slight tone of wood that shimmers through alongside aromas of candied pineapple and cherry. The silky palate leads into crisp acidity that becomes more intense with time, elegant balance, good length.
