The sweet and dessert wine Riesling TBA Wehlener Sonnenuhr, vintage 1949 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2011 with 100 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
A brilliant colour between white gold and light golden yellow, without the slightest reddish tinge. Very fine nose with delicate sweet and sour aromas, fresh, filigree. Creamy banana on the palate, also lots of ripe apricot, oat flakes, great harmony and elegance, supple style, a delicate bacon and smoked note heralds a stronger spiciness in the future; long, persistent finish.
