The white wine Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese Goldkapsel, vintage 2005 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2014 with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Light golden yellow with young, green reflections. On the nose, floral nuances of citrus zest and arancini, including some pineapple, passion fruit and a hint of marguerite. Very creamy and complex on the palate, some apricot confit and caramel, orange fruit, delicately salty nuances, convincing length and finesse, but much too young, still really growing baby fat, creamy on the extremely long finish.
