The white wine Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese Goldkapsel, vintage 2006 from the winery Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm has been rated in 2014 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Light green yellow colour. Seductive floral notes on the nose, delicately smoky notes of vineyard peach, more restrained tropical fruit notes, needs a lot of air in the glass. Juicy and round on the palate, pleasant touch of dried apricots, a perfect botrytis note, thanks to its baroque stature already accessible and to be savoured with pleasure, overall very well structured, surprisingly full of finesse, equipped with a very good length, a sumptuous Riesling with brilliant prospects.
