Bright orange in color. Initially still very yeasty, the aroma opens up to reveal intense fruity notes: plum, red currant, apple compote, heart cherry, and almond milk. The palate unfolds with volume and fullness; very fine, powdery phenols lend the structure grip, while well-integrated acidity balances the supple body, and an intense, tactile minerality ensures a long finish. A perfect blend of substance and elegance.
