The red wine »Hades« Lemberger trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Jürgen Ellwanger has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Chocolate and Amarena cherry, a very ripe fruit streams from the glass, including plum and renegade. The palate has an expansive, supple base, but then also reveals a firm, very dense tannin that is only just beginning to mature. The intense minerality gives the wine more support than the rather mild acidity. Tension, very unique. With excellent potential.
