Tasting Notes

Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Rich, ripe and savoury aroma with plums and plum confit, black cherry confit and fine wood savouriness, as well as plum liqueur. A Grand Réserve that goes all out, with plenty of extract, rich tannins, lots of savouriness and vintage-related alcohol. Also warms by the fireside and gives its all at the table with hearty meat dishes. Potential for many winters.
